It’s only 3,880,819 characters. Typed one character per second without sleep or thought that would only take 45 days. Still, I think it’s time for one of these.

This led to a quick and funny statistic check of some forum post stats, and we all know of course that Lisa reigns as queen with nearly 22,000 posts as of today. However, there’s another record set by Robin, who has 6,164,343 characters typed (Lisa having 5,533,086). And no one even approaches the Great Nevin on average characters per post, reigning in at 708!

Hey, maybe we should whip up a “verbosity” feature that shows each member’s character count.

Congrats! They should give out a really cheaply made Coffee cup that says,
“Congratulations from Ellis Labs…now get back to typing!”
Make it a huge coffee mug. And to go the extra mile put wording in the bottom that says, “Time for another cup”.

Sadly enough there is no prize for posts-read. As a EE-newbie i’ve read hundreds and hundreds of posts.
