    I’m having a problem with displaying a 404 page… it’s coming up on a valid address.

I created a template for the 404 page and then turned on the option to display it when an invalid url accessed. The problem is, it shows up on valid url’s. For example..

    http://www.rhhanoverians.net/index.php/stallions/section/bretone

currently brings up the proper page, but as soon as I flip the 404 page option in template preferences, it throws a 404 and I haven’t a clue why.

    Am I missing something obvious?

Let’s see- you do have a template group called ‘stallions’- is that correct?  And is sections a template inside ‘stallions’?  Can you go ahead and paste the code you have there- put it inside [ code ] tags- (no space).  Also- what version/build are you running?

Edited for a bit more clarity….

Argh… I’m going to go run and hide now.

The template group is “site” and it works as it should when I use the correct address. *doh*

section is what I renamed category to.
