My Baby girl was born August 10, 2007 @ 18:43
Tipped the scales at a healthy 6lbs 4.2oz. and measured 18”.

We scratched our heads for the longest time on her name, we knew we had a first name picked MONTHS ago, but the middle name? nope, far from it.
It wasn’t till a few weeks ago that we chose her middle name.

In fact, we had several names, cause we chose NOT to know the sex of our first child. So we went the entire 9 month of our pregnancy not knowing, boy or girl? We loved the looks people would give us when they asked, ‘Are you having a boy or a girl?’, and we would reply, ‘We don’t know!’. jajaja.

If she was born a boy, he would have been: Diego Silas
But no, she is christened Isabella Hazel.

Our hospital didn’t allow video taping, but our Doctor ultimately made the final decision. We have well over 4GIGS of photos and videos for our DVD and scrapbook 😊

Welcome to the club! My own daughter was born three months ago to this day, so she still keeps my wife and me occupied (and will for some time to come, no doubt). I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do 😊 Congratulations.

I am just enjoying the start of our lives together. As for the sleepless nights, they’ve already begun. I went to sleep at 4:50am this morning, awoke at 10. Something about waking up SO early with such LITTLE sleep, I’m still energized. I love the feeling.

I have one of Isabella with her eyes wide open at just 2 days old, so precious!

I’ve been on some time off from work (a full month), and I return next week. I went in today to ‘show her off’ cause everyone has been calling me, hahaha, it’s awesome - the attention, the pats on the back, etc.

I’ve decided to keep a moblog of her, and will snap a pic every night before bedtime. I haven’t done so yet, but I really want to learn to use the gallery module in EE. This would be a perfect way to share our precious moments with family & friends.

Wife and I had a baby girl in April and we have another girl that’s 2 years old. If/when you think about expanding the family, it gets easier the second time around.

We are aiming for 3 children.
She never really wanted a girl, as my wife was always more a tomboy than a girlie-girl.
I’m just happy to have a baby, ya know?

My older brother has 4 boys.
Younger brother has 2.
My twin sister has 1 girl.

So I felt adding another girl was just a perfect blessing.

That is one happy baby!

Our little one turns 1 month on the 10th. WOW IT FLIES BY SOOO FASSST!
She has gained a little over 1lb and grown a little more than a inch and a half.
