Meant to delete my “member” template, and accidentally deleted my webblog1 template, which was my WHOLE site!
I know I can get a backup from my ISP restored—but what folder do I need to tell them to restore to get this back?
Please help!!!!

Hi, Stephen,
Templates are stored in the database, unless you use “save templates as text files” - so you’ll want to ask that they restore your database.

And where is that stored? in the /system/db directory?
EDIT: Nevermind, I remember that’s part of my MySQL database. Oh boy—gotta have that restored from my ISP, and that takes much longer than getting a folder restored. Oh well—lessons learned, the hard way!

@StephenClark
Setting your templates to save as file is truly a life-saver for me!
I’m always changing things around, and before I make any template file changes, I just select all my files in Windows Explorer and make a zip file, and date it. That way, if anything breaks, I can always restore from a previous version.
