Under the “templates” section on the EE web site, are these templates that I already have installed by default, or are these different versions? What’s the purpose of posting all various templates on the web site? Is it just a backup set?
I’m referencing this.

These are the latest versions - they’re there because people sometimes make mistakes without backups, or wish to revert to default, etc. And with the general site themes, sometimes just want to switch - so we provide them on the site. =)
