Ive noticed that there is new builds of EE. I have the Build: 20070621 but i dont (yet) have forum module. Do i have to update now again and is it the “normal” update protocol when updating these builds?
And are there upcoming new builds soon?

Hi, tuitu.
During a new release cycle there will occasionally be newer builds. As of the day you posted, the build is 20070627.
Each time there is a new build update, Paul will post the change log for it in the forum. You can decide to update then.
Build upgrades are just file replacements. You don’t rerun update.php with them.
If you’re wanting help with something in particular, upgrading to the newest build allows you to be at the same level with the support staff. It’s preferable to be on the same build for troubleshooting purposes.
As far as new build frequency - you may read that there is a new build coming that fixes x, y, or z, but we don’t know when those fixes are going to be made available.
Does that help?

ahso. That is good to know that its only new files to upload - but still good to delete the old ones first?
Thanks!

Personally i do it yes, so i’m sure i have the new ones. there are moments in te past that it didn’t go well with replacing. Since then i remove first and then upload the new ones

A little question, how to know what files have to replace? Didnt find it from the zip.
EDIT:
I found the answer by myself from:

Thanks anycase - build updated 😊
