    You can find a description of what those paths should be here.

    If I may make a suggestion?  The default templates handles all of this. You might like to make a new weblog and base the template off the default templates.  Then you can look at those templates, on your own site, to see the code and how they interact.  That is how I learned EE and it might help you a bit. =)

    Thank you Lisa. Back to basics =) ive created a new weblog with all default EE templates and now i try to clear my head with that. I know i might be the most difficult n00b around but as i said earlier - when i learn EE then i will try to give back something and be here to help others!!

    Now i try to figure out the basics again!

    One question. Ive now created that new weblog with the default EE template group!
    Anyway, when i try to render that comment-page it does not show the add-comment textareas etc?

    Ive noticed that there are variables at to top of the page

    {assign_variable:my_weblog="testi"}
    {assign_variable:my_template_group="testi"}

    and i was thinking that there is now nothing to change to make all working eh?

    So why the comment-page does not work?

    Thanks: Tuittu

    Well well well. i got it working somehow. Further to-do is the previewpage. but i wonder. How to add “add comment” link to the entry. I dont get the comment text-area shown now when clicking the entry-link to see full entry. Now i have to click the “comments” button to get that textarea shown.

    Well i try to solve this… little by litte! This is more diffucult that i figured to get pure and simple comment-system working. :red:
