Using Microsoft visualstudio.Net 7.1, javascript and php forms and Framesets with EE

I am looking for a bit of advice.

I have a site that is to be updated. At present it uses Framesets, Microsoft visualstudio.Net 7.1 (in part of it), php forms, and Javascript forms. Lots of forms!

All of the forms are from 3rd parties (are linked into the site) which are to be kept. Basically they are from different companies that produce financial information for clients to get mortgage, insurance etc quotes and information.
As the forms all come from 3rd parties they all work and look a bit different.

Would the visualstudio.Net 7.1 and Framesets (if I had to keep them) work in EE?
