After 1.6 upgrade - can't login

Hi

Just upgraded from 1.5.2 to 1.6.0 and get the following error when I try to login to the control panel:

The username you submitted was not found in the database

My site also doesn’t appear - I presume because a user has been deleted or something during the upgrade. I also took the Optimise Tables option during the upgrade.

UPDATE: I also tried to retrieve a forgotten password and get the following error:

Unable to send email at this time.

Okay - managed to get this working with a complete re-install. Something seemed to have broken mid-upgrade.
