Hi Robin, are the methods described in this wiki article not available to you on hosted WP accounts? I admit that I have never used their hosted version, so I’m not sure what they do and don’t allow in the way of plugins. All you need to be able to do, really, is output your content in the MT Import format (described in that wiki page), then you should be good to go.
