No, it is not possible. However you can always download the 31 three cp theme.
As a note, I highly recommend you upgrade. If you do have problems in 1.5.2 we’re going to ask you to upgrade as your first step - and there are many, many wonderful new features as well as bug fixes in 1.6.

I will upgrade soon as possible, just wondering if during this time would be possible to use the 1.6 CP theme. I will try 31 three cp theme as you suggested.
