Is there a one-click way to change the theme of my EE?
I remember when I signed up for the trial I was asked to select a theme, but now I can’t find that screen.

Quite simply, no. You can select a theme when you first start out, or when you create a new template, but there is no 1-click changing. Would be quite impossible, really, since everybody has a different site and uses different markup etc.

EE isn’t WordPress. You don’t buy and swap out themes like trading cards.
