    @james - it’s true there’s some things missing from this first version of the 1st party pages module, but I’m sure we’ll see some of those addressed through plugins and extensions soon enough, either by the EllisLab folk or the community.  In the long run I think their method is going to be much more scaleable than mine and i’m really looking forward to digging into it.

    You are definitely right Mark, although in its present state, it isn’t something I can use on my sites effectively. Especially when there is something that does (I am of course referring to Tomes!).

    I definitely agree that the big one, though, is usability. Tome just make sit incredibly easy to add “dynamic” data as well as edit “static” pages all in the same place which just makes sense to clients.
