We’ve been using our site for the last few years, but all of a sudden, we can’t log-in anymore. Different PCs, different browsers, no joy. Same error: Invalid username or password.
I tried looking at the Sessions Table in phpMyAdmin, but it looks empty, and I’m not a developer. Is there an easy way to fix this or to reset the password via CPanel/phpMyAdmin?
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions as to why this might be happening.
