We are currently running EE v2.7.3.

Our IT partners have informed us that they will be updating the server this week.

They will also be updating Linux, PHP, httpd, and mysql-server moving up to the following versions.

    •  Redhat 6.6
    •  php-5.3.3-38.el6-x86_64
    • httpd-2.2.15-39.el6-x86_64
    • mysql-server-5.1.73-3.el6_5-x86_64

I saw the system requirements on the website, but they don’t mention which version of Redhat EE is compatible with.  We’ve run into issues before when updating EE so we want to be cautious and aware of any issues we may run into if any.

Can you let us know if v2.7.3 is compatible with the above?

Does someone know if i am going to run into any issues when we upgrade our version of Redhat?

Can someone please respond to my question?  We own a license for EE.

So a month later and still no reply.

Come on guys, whats going on over there?  We are paying customers and I’d hope to have better service than this.  Please give us a reply as now this is a live issue.

    Latest Update

Currently our IT folks have updated one of our load balanced servers with newer versions of the redhat, php, mysql.  However, when i try to login to EE Control Panel, I’m getting the installation and update wizard screen.

The website wasnt moved, but MySQL was updated.  Maybe that is triggering this update?

Can someone let me know if its ok to “Click here to begin!”  or is something else going wrong?

EllisLab hasn’t provided support directly in these forums since the end of 2012, I believe. If you need to speak to them, you’ll have to do it though a support plan and ticket. Failing that, you can join the expressionengine stackexchange (http://expressionengine.stackexchange.com/) and see if someone there can help you if anyone here can’t.

LOL, ok.  I thought something was up.  I did post a thread over there on stackoverflow.  Thanks.
