1. Example i have Entry of Simba National Park,
2. Then i choose park category (Game Park, Beach Park, Cultural Park, Mountain Park)
3. Now i Need to select location, or choose where the park located, (Region/City/Place) or even coordinates, sort of chain select to location

4. I will later filter parks by location, or search location to display parks etc even use map location

There is no best way..😉

Only what works for you given your clients abilities, business requirements and tolerability for native EE code or 3rd party add-ons.

You could use categories - maybe a combination of two category groups one for type and one for location.

Or you could use a Google Map addon that would allow you to geocode each entry and use a search against it.
