Spam from register confirmation mail

Hi to all

Since few days, 200 mails/day, mails that are sent when someone register to the forum, are sent with random username and password like this (like spam) :

Nom d’utilisateur: ainivuy
Mot de passe: JymrDlvo
——————————————

Even this confirmation is send, the users are not in the forum user list.
I have installed many extensions like :
- reCaptcha
- Accessible captcha
- Low NoSpam

but the problem still there

Have you any ideas ?
