i’ve channels organized like that:

channel1: zone
es: nord
  text-field: zone-title

channel2: places
es: location name
  text-field:: place-title
  relationship-field: select zone

channel3: villas
es:villas name
  text-field:: villa-title
  relationship-field: select place

actually, starting from channel1 ZONE
i can access to channel2 PLACES by {parent} tag.

anyone can help me understanding how to access villas channel?
i need to see all villas in the location associated to the zone channel.

I need to start by ZONE channel.

Relationships can be nested - which I assume you have here (zones to locations to villas).  The EE docs provide examples of how to work through the nesting - have you looked at those?
