Don't have our Ellis Labs account credentials and need to add a site.

Hoping someone can help with this. The vendor that set up our multi-site account is not responding and we need to purchase a 4th site license ASAP. Don’t see a contact email for Ellis Labs. Can anyone help direct us on how to either gain access to the existing account or how we can link our existing EE sites to a new Ellis Labs account and purchase the needed license.
