hiding localized/fixed in date ft?

Hi,

Any ideas is it possible to hide “localized/fixed” choices from DATE-ft ?

I just do not need that and it also breaks when using IE (grrr) with Channel:form.
See attachment, I need just the date-picker, not those choices.

Ideas please, thank you.
