I’m upgrading from 1.6.8 to 2.8.1, and can’t find the darned download for the XML Encode plugin anywhere. Where the heck is it? Been to Devot-ee and the link is broken. Went to Ellislab, and github doesn’t have it listed.
Am I just doing some 2.x rookie thing? Likely I am…..

OK…..I found the plugin in my plugins folder, but it’s not showing up on my plugins list in the control panel.
Hmmm…....thoughts?

OK….I fixed my own problem, but don’t know why.
I saw the php file in my plugin directory, and all I did was open it for edit, saved it, and that was it. Now it’s showing up in my control panel.
Go figure…..security thing maybe?
