I have been thinking to install Google Analytics to our website, which is based ExpressEngine v2.5.5. It was designed by third party.
My question is how can I find out if I have access to make edits to our website through a content management system.

Can you not ask the 3rd party who developed it?
They probably have you locked out of the templates area which is where you’d need to place the Google code.
