My client’s website is suddenly a white screen. I have not worked with EE but she has asked for my help.
At this point we can’t even log-in through the sys screen so I’m thinking something has gone terribly wrong with the php pathways (so to speak). Any thoughts? She has ExpressionEngine Core 1.6.5 and I looked via FTP and her files are all there. I’ve got a ticket in with her host to see if anything has changed.
Where to start?
Does anyone know where I can get a clean set of files for comparison purposes?
