It cannot be helping EllisLab’s business or image, such that it is nowadays.
If I were them, I’d shut the forum down. It no longer provides a useful service to users and is only doing the company harm.

While the spam is an issue that I hope they address, I and others are still here on an almost daily basis answering peoples questions about EE.
