A rather odd dilemma we’ve run into. We need to make updates to one of our EE sites, but our login isn’t a Super Admin. And the user who was a Super Admin has disappeared off the face of the earth. So we’re a little stuck…
Any ideas on how to regain Super Admin access without the assistance of a Super Admin?

The only way I know of that may work is to updated the group_id for your login in the database, if you have accessto PHPMyAdmin of course…
