I logged into the backend of EE as usual, but the page will not load. It just comes up blank. Same issue on 3 different computers as well as Safari and Firefox. And when I go to our main site, it is showing up like the attached image.

Please help as we cannot make any changes to our website right now.

Can you access the error logs to see if anything is in there? If not you can go into /system/expressionengine/config/config.php and change debug to 2 by editing this line:

$config['debug'] = "2";

This will show errors to everyone so remember to change it back at some point.

Thank you Ralph. I gave up on it at the end of the work day, and coming back today, everything is working as it should be. It could be the internet connection in our small mountain town, although other pages were loading fine. If it happens again I will look into this.
