Hello! I am upgrading from 2.5.2 to 2.7.2. My question is do I have to pay $299 for that upgrade?
The administrator before me installed this, so I’m not sure if he has an account or if that includes free upgrades.

As long as you have already purchased a licence, upgrades are free
