I’ve just updated a site in local development to EE 2.7.2 and was in the process of moving it to my hosting server to show it to the client. As I followed the steps to move EE, I discovered that clicking ‘Edit Preferences’ for any of my channels (under Admin > Channel Administration > Channels) caused a blank page to load. As far as I am able to test, this is the only page in the control panel that is problematic.

I’m getting no error message so I don’t really know where to begin. Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Let me know if further info is needed, apologies if there is something obvious I should have included.

Try enabling the output profiler and PHP errors for all users in Admin > System Administration > Output and debugging. If still nothing can you access the apache error logs file to see if anything is there?

Thanks for getting back to me. Enabling debugging hasn’t flagged anything up (and I can’t access the logs), however, further inspection in recent days has shown me that there may have been a problem during the FTP transfer of the site.

For that reason, I’m happy to consider this issue closed for the time being.
