Hi,
I’ve just updated EE 2.6.1 to 2.7, and the mailing list function doesn’t work. In a web page with a newsletter subscription form, no return email is received. When I come back to EE 2.6.1 it works fine.
Does someone has the same problem??

The confirmation message doesn’t appear when I upgrade to EE2.7:
-You have been sent a confirmation email. Please click the link contained in the email to activate your mailing list account.
When I downgrade to EE 2.6.1 it appears.

Yes having the same problem - posted about it in this thread but no replies/answers yet.
Seems some people also on Stack Exchange having the same issue. With me it works fine on the exact same install locally but not when I load the db into a live site.
Hopefully will see a fix soon.

It’s nice to hear someone with the same problem, yesterday I tried to remake the EE2.7 upgrade, and I uninstalled some module, plugins… always the same issue: no confirmation email is sent.

I get that on local but not live. It just redirects to the page with the Subscribe form. At one point at the start of this error I had a page with ‘invalid action…’ but not now. Not sure why.

I didn’t on local.
In the beginning, I believed that the Mailing List problem (no email received, etc) was caused by a wrong Update of EE2.7, or a module compatibility. As U told that me some people too, related this on Stack Exchange, it really seems a EE 2.7 problems/bugs.
I hope this problem will be resolved!

Not so sure. Why would it work locally if that’s the case? Maybe a server conflict of some kind.

Yes, could be a conflict with a particular piece of code, module, extension, bug, related to the server…. I tried with EE 2.7 installed to uninstall a lot of modules, plugins, etc, the problem still continue. And when I come back to EE 2.6.1, no problems detected. The more difficult is to find what is/are the conflict(s)/parameters…...
