    Hello Everyone,

I’m in a bit of a quandary here and I’ve exhausted my search capabilities so to the community I go.

I have a site that runs on a farm. More than one server and slowly increasing in number. If you go to Content > Files > File Upload Preferences you’ll see a place to denote file upload locations. Unfortunately these seem to be limited to local storage.

What I’d really prefer is to somehow use the native upload features of EE (2.5) with an AWS S3 bucket using a CORS cert. (http://aws.typepad.com/aws/2012/08/amazon-s3-cross-origin-resource-sharing.html)

    Is this possible?

I am aware of the plugins available such as assets and S3 simple uploader but the upload locations are used within other plugins as well thus making the utilization of a plugin a bit more complex than usual.

    Thank you,
    Matt
