After an upgrade from 1.6 (itself a troubled affair) to 2.6, I have EE back on line, except not. I can log in to the control panel, and the only two links that work are the home page and template management. I can get in to, and have bookmarked, the add-ins page and general config page. But none of the top menu links work. I searched the forums and found solutions that involved reinstalling the theme folders, and rewriting the theme paths, and I did both and neither solved the problem. Due to the nature of the upgrade, (I originally attempted a clean install rather than an upgrade and lost all access to everything legacy) I was unable to clear the cache prior. Now I have no idea how. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.
