    Hi!

We have an EE 1.7.3 website that until recently has had no problems. Suddenly some posts aren’t appearing in the right date order. I’ve added new posts that (until now) have always appeared at the top of the output list on the site, but which now appear in between posts from 2010 and 2011.

This only seems to affect some channels. In some, new posts appear as expected, at the top of the list.

Can anyone please give me a hand to figure out what’s happening?

    Here’s an example:

    http://www.wadworthprimary.org.uk/latest

Click through to page 2 - see the stories ‘Test’ and ‘Test news story headline’.  They were posted 5th and 6th of September 2013, yet appear in between posts from 2010 and 2011.

I’ve cleared caches. Running PHP 5.3.27 and EE Build:  20120606 version 1.7.3. Haven’t changed any of the templates in a long time. I’ve attached a copy of the template for the above example page here. I’ve also left template debugging on (scroll right down on the example URL) in case that helps.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks.

This is sorted. Turns out the client was setting all posts as sticky for some reason! Grrrrrr.
