admin.php is empty after upgrade EE from 2.5.3 to the version 2.6.1

Hi,
I am upgrading EE from 2.5.3 to he version 2.6.1. However, after updating the from EE2.5.3 and MSM 2.1.5, the multiple site admin page is blank when I access the page http://second-domain.com/admin.php.

But the page can be shown if I append query string as http://second-domain.com/admin.php?S=0&D=cp&C=login. I am not sure whether I failed upgrading the version, or version 2.6.1 can not append the query String to the admin.php automatically anymore.

Can anyone have ay hint about the admin page in ee version 2.6.1
