So why then http://www.childrensmedgroup2.com/index.php/meet_us/ works and http://www.childrensmedgroup2.com/index.php/nm/ is not? Both templates are in the ‘site’ template group.

Based on your answer above http://www.childrensmedgroup2.com/index.php/site/meet_us/ should work but is not as well http://www.childrensmedgroup2.com/index.php/site/nm/ is working in that case.

What’s the code in each template?

I will say that overall it works better if you organize your templates into more groups and not in one catch-all /site/ group. I did that with my early EE sites and wish I had known better. Get them into template groups that match the main nav for the site, and your individual template names will be shorter, your 404 management will be easier, and URLS usually more semantic.

In that case I have fixed that using .htaccess file and RewriteRule to point /nm to /site/nm

Can you give me some examples on that or maybe links how to create proper structure for EE templates?

    Thanks
