A while back when the new Support framework was introduced, in the light of the following meltdown Ellislab offered free trial support to the community iirc via ‘purchasing’ it free in the EL cart.
I put this in my cart but didn’t check out at the time and now is gone…was this a time-limited offer? Is there another way to get it now? Or am I totally wrong about all this anyway?
