I’m trying to install EE on my server - I have installed EE many times before - but the page where you enter your admin details and database details seems to be incomplete (see attached - image is as far down as you can scroll).
Has anyone ever come across this before and if so know of a solution?

same issue here ... downloaded files yesterday and again today—same incomplete installation page ... the generated source code shows missing <head> <html> <body> tags
