How to turn off expressionengine safe Mode so that I can make “able to save your template as a text file”.
I set permission of template to 777 but it is still “Unable to save your template as a text file” so I want to try turn safe mode off.

You generally have to contact your host to turn Safe Mode off. They can offer you the best advice there on how to do that. It might however be the case that they won’t allow it to be turned off either. Most modern webhosts would have it off by default.
