Hello. Long time no see. I have been away since my youngest daugther got hit by a car and she was pretty seriously injured. Now life seems to give hope again, and time for everything like EE.

Hope here is all going well and EE itself is getting better, have a lot updates to be done on my sites… Unlucky me, that my free ticket system time run out because i was away from all cos the accident but i do hope i get help from this forum if i run into problems with EE….

Anycase, people, drive safely and dont rush - life is too short anyways…

I’m very sorry to hear about your daughter, and hope she gets well soon.  My thoughts are with you and your family in this hard time.

About your ticket system time, I’m sure if you get in touch with the sales team and let them know about your situation they will help you out with that.  You have been a long-time, active EE user, so I’m sure they will understand.  Even if that isn’t possible, I haven’t activated my support time yet, so I wouldn’t mind letting you use mine.

Thanks Kaori. I sure do hope i get all done with ease, because i use few 3rd party add-ons also. But if i run into troubles, i first ask here from the community and after that if not getting help, must think what to do.

I use some third party addons as well, and the upgrade from 2.5.3 to 2.5.5 went smoothly.  I usually ask around forum for help first, sadly people have been kind of inactive lately.
