Hello, May you please assist me.

This morning when I tried to access the Control Panel of my site I faced the following :

I can access CP login but after that I’m redirected to a blank white screen with this URL:
http://mysite.com/system/index.php?S=0&D=cp&C=login&M=authenticate

Please help me to resolve this problem.
