Fatal error when creating a site

Hi, when creating a new site i’m getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function comment_notification() in /usr/home/intersindical/www/system/expressionengine/controllers/cp/sites.php on line 613
```
I’m using 2.5.3 EE version and Version: 2.1.4 Build: 20120911 on MSM.

Then the site is created but when I acces it, it rejects me from control panel.

Any ideas?
