hello every body , when i was reading the instruction for using codeigniter i have found this
“Open the application/config/config.php file with a text editor and set your base URL”
I had opened that file but i do not know what URL i will put!!!!!
would you help me

Where are you starting the application from?
Are you running MAMP/WAMP therefore it would be http://localhost/folder_name/ has the base url if your application is not in a folder then just http://localhost/
