    HI guys,

I run EE 2.1.3 and I need to upgrade to the latest version.
Before I do, I need to correct my server cp themes path:
    from /opt/www/mysecretserverarea/feurouge/themes/cp themes/
    to /opt/www/mysecretserverarea/themes/cp themes

    1) Tried to change it through the control panel General configuration page, but stays with the same wrong path, although on the one hand I get a green sign…. and on the other hand my config folder and config php files are set to full permissions….

    2) On the opposite, I can change this path in my CONFIG FILE EDITOR PAGE but I have therefore a conflict and a warning message : Unable to load the requested file: _shared/menu/item_parent.php

    3) Tried to go to my config_php and changed the path directly and after having cleared all my caches, and having reinstalled my file, I get a new warning message : ” unable to load the requested file: account/login.php “

I can’t figure why I can still see my Cp themes although the server path is wrong ( maybe it’s because my URL path is right).

If somebody can help, please because if I don’t correct this path, I will still get the annoying ’ following path you submitted is not valid” message and I will fall in a mess in my upgrading process…

    Merci d’avance.
    André

    Hi,

Can’t figure why I can’t change this server path from my Control Panel with my config.php file set to full permissions…. If somebody can explain: if I change my CP themes folder server path from the config file itself I can’t login to my control panel: some other files may need to be set the same ? Should I go to my database ?

Bu the way that DEVOT: EE updater add-on is impressive: got through all my updates in one shift with no nightmares this time. Thanks to its developers.
