I’m speaking to my host about this, too, but he’s asked me to ask a question…
I created two new fields, and during the creation of the second, got an error. Tried to proceed and it told me the field name already existed. So went back, and chose a different name.
It had created three fields - the latter two the ‘same’. So I deleted the second.
Now, I can’t edit any article thanks to similar errors, nor post new ones.
He’s asking if the fields can be added to the database table or not. I’m not technical enough to really understand that, but it seems like EE thinks a field should exist, but it doesn’t.
Any advice would be brilliant! Argh!
