Are you sure you have PHP installed?

It doesn’t pick up index.php as a valid index page, which is defined in /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf, which in turn is installed when you install php.

Check your webserver logs for errors. It is most likely an .htaccess or rewrite error.

The following message is at the Apache log. I also configure httpd.conf file to allow htaccess file.

[client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: /var/www/html/favicon.ico

    Any idea?

This is a normal message. Some browsers automatically try to load the favicon, even if it is not defined in the HTML.

Disable any rewriting, and see if your index.php loads. If so, it’s a rewriting issue.

    I got the following message

    Forbidden

You don“t have permission to access /labsys/ on this server.

Then your webserver user doesn’t have (at least) read access to that folder and/or the files in it.
