    Hello all,

A few months ago, I decided I would try to learn a new framework, after searching I decided CI would be the one to spend a little time learning. I picked it up quite fast. I do have a degree in programming, but not web, so I figured I’d give it a try.

At my job they were looking for a way to make communication with the clients easier on a project by project basis. So I though I would put my new knowledge to the test for the cause. It started out just being a simple project for me, and ended up being a fully fledged client proofing software, packed with features.

It’s about 4 months in the making now, and consumes a lot of my time developing outside of work.

It’s free to try, I was wondering if you all could provide some feedback on my project.

It’s called Client Proofer, and can be found at http://www.clientproofer.com

I’m interested in hearing your comments and criticism. This is my first big web project so I have no experience in web startups and i’m looking for some pointers.

I’ve been lurking here for a while but I figured now is a good time to make an account and contribute to the community.

I’m interested in hearing what everyone thinks.

    Thanks Guys!

Honestly, even after the “tour”, I’m left wondering just what the hell this is supposed to do for me. Is it for showing clients images of in-progress work? Is it a CRM? Is it for project management? Is it all of those things?

I’m not sure what added value this software has for me. That should be your main goal.

Looks like a Designer - Client conversation/feedback tool around uploaded screenshots. I don’t see any CRM or PM features being mentioned.
