I was told code igniter was easy i am fairly new to doing things this way i wanted to know if there is some paid support.

Not sure of CodeIgniter is something that EllisLab planned on supporting with their plans (available here: http://ellislab.com/support), but it’s possible. Otherwise the forum and internet in general has a lot of info about CI, and is free, just might take some time to find it.
