    Hi there,

I’m running EE 2.1.3 and it’s been a few weeks since I logged into my control panel but when I did today I got a whole bunch of PHP errors on top of it. The control panel appears to be working but I haven’t experienced these errors before.

I guessed maybe I need to update the latest version of EE (2.1.5)?

And that’s where I’m a bit stuck. Does anyone know where I go to download the latest version? I already have a license so I’m hoping I don’t need to fork out $299, which is where the update link within my control panel is taking me on the Ellis Lab site.

So does anyone else have experience of recent PHP errors in 2.1.3 and have already updated to the latest version?

    Thanks all!
    Dave

    Hi Dave,

You should be able to find your downloads, under Account -> Manage Purchases.

As for the PHP errors, has anything changed on your server?  It’s always a good idea to use a recent release, so upgrading to 2.5.3 would be wise. Remember to make a backup of your files and DB before doing any upgrades.

    Thanks for your help!

I found the latest version in the location you mentioned and will check with my hosting provider to see if anything has changed to cause the PHP errors.

Going to back up then see if the update solves the problem.

    Thanks again.

Also have the same problem although updating isnt an option for us as we’re running an installation of cartthrob amongst other plugins and modules, for which our client doesnt have the budget to pay for the updates / costings.

Is there anyway we can override this? It seems this has happened since the new EE site has became live.

    Thanks
