I have a custom field with the type file that holds an image. As a super admin I can see the image. But when I log in as a member of any group type the image disappears. This happens on all major browsers.  If I log out then as a guest, the image appears.

I also created a group like group one, Super admin group, and that did not help.

I cannot see any where in the member’s preferences that blocks images from any group.

I am using CartThrobe’s installation templates modified. However, the problem also shows in the original cart template group. I can’t tell whether this is a CartThrobe problem or a glitch on EE. I am currently using EE v2.5.3

    Thanks for any insight..

    Hi Fernando,

Can you post your EE and HTML code that displays your image so we can have a look?

Also, when you login as non-super admin user do you see the full path to the image or is the path blank?

    Thank you,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

The EE code is in embeded templates. However, when I login as non-super admin, the path is blank where the image would be.

    Thanks…

I’m glad you found a fix for it and thanks for sharing :D. I’m still running EE 2.5.2 and haven’t upgraded yet. Kind of holding back when I see a lot people having issues on the forum with the new version. I hope EL gets on top of things and fixes them quickly.

    Cheers,

    Mike

    Hi Fernando,

I am sorry you were bitten by that bug!

I’m happy to see you came across the solution though.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    Cheers,
