I purchased a commercial license for Expression Engine on the 23rd October.
My developer has left out of the blue and I have no idea where he has gone. This has caused deep frustration and a big problem. I have been looking for someone else to help with my site and set up EE.
I have found a new developer but they are not back from holiday until 27th November. He doesn’t even know if he can use Expression Engine until he takes a look at it on his return from holiday. My site is not online, therefore, I am asking if I can please have a grace period and start my 30 day trial on the 27th November rather than sending an email today asking for a refund?
I have sent the same message with my order id through the ticket system.
