I am unable to login. I requested a new password, but still unable to login. Can’t login under another user’s credentials either. Please help ASAP.

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

Do you get any errors? Does the page just refresh?

You might try clearing out your cache or trying another browser.

If that does not work, please try this to get some more details.

Please let me know how that goes.

Also, if you are using an htaccess file, be sure to move that aside just for testing.

No errors; the page just refreshes.

Both cleared cache and tried another browser with no success.

Could only follow the instructions for changing $debug to “0” because I cannot access anything administrative.

.htaccess is empty.

Is there another way in?

Following up here,

The issue was related to cookies and sessions.

Setting the Control Panel to Sessions only and adding the cookie domain to Admin-> Security and Privacy-> Cookie Settings did the trick!
